Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana has created The Big Leadership Team (“The BIG”), a small, diverse group of motivated young leaders who will play an integral role in the future growth of the agency. The BIG will provide community, professional and personal development opportunities for a key group of Kentuckiana’s up-and-coming young professionals.
